To celebrate the 2026 season in the Racing Capital of the World, “The Art of Speed: An Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum Pop-Up at Conrad Indianapolis” has pit stopped in the luxury hotel until September 25.

Touching on elements of motorsports art, heritage, and legacy, the pop-up exhibition showcases a curated collection of art and artifacts spanning more than a century, all gleaned from the archives of the recently renovated Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.
“This exhibition at Conrad Indianapolis represents an exciting way to extend the reach of the IMS Museum beyond our walls,” said Michael Good, IMS Museum President. “By bringing pieces of our collection into a new setting, we’re able to share the artistry and history of racing in a fresh format. The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to storytelling, place-making, and celebrating the cultural significance of the Speedway in Indianapolis.”

Items on display include paintings that capture notable cars, Indianapolis Motor Speedway landmarks, and the excitement of motorsports racing along with original Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard 400 program covers and other storied pieces of Brickyard memorabilia.
Although the complimentary exhibit is primarily geared for guests of the hotel with dedicated viewing hours in the main gallery space, it’s also open to the broader Indianapolis audience on the first Friday of each month through September.
